ERPNext's core software is open source with no licensing fee. You pay for implementation, customisation, hosting, and support — not per-user software licences.
Technical & Compliance
Yes. We deploy on Frappe Cloud with GCC-region hosting options, so your data stays within the region while benefiting from ISO 27001-aligned infrastructure.
Support & Training
Every implementation includes a post-launch support window. Beyond that, our monthly retainer plans cover bug fixes, new reports, user training, and minor enhancements with defined response-time SLAs.
